By using BoldSub, you agree to these terms. BoldSub is currently in an early access stage, so some features may be incomplete, experimental, or unavailable.
Early access status
The product is not a fully launched public service yet. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product is tested and improved.
Use of service
You agree to use BoldSub only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Upload illegal content
Upload content you do not have rights to use
Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
Use generated captions or exports in a way that violates another platform's rules
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, caption, and export that content.
Availability
BoldSub is provided as is during early access. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that every feature will work perfectly.
Payments
Payments may be in test mode or unavailable until public launch. Any public paid plan terms will be clearly presented before real billing is enabled.
Limitation of liability
BoldSub is not liable for indirect damages, content loss, platform account issues, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of BoldSub means you accept the updated terms.
