Overview
BoldSub is currently preparing an early access release. This policy explains what information we collect on the website and how we plan to handle product data as features become available.
Information we collect
We may collect:
Email addresses submitted through the waitlist
Basic usage information needed to keep the website working
Account information if you create an account during early access
Uploaded video files if you use product features after access is granted
How we use information
We use information to:
Send early access and product updates
Provide and improve BoldSub
Respond to support or privacy requests
Keep the service secure
Payments
Payments are not fully live yet. If payment testing is enabled, payment details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by BoldSub.
Video storage
When video upload features are available, uploaded files may be stored temporarily so captions can be generated and exports can be created. We will provide clearer retention controls before a full public launch.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality. We may add lightweight analytics later to understand early access interest. We do not use advertising cookies.
