BoldSub is currently in early access preparation. Payments may be disabled, incomplete, or in test mode.
Before paid launch
If no real payment has been collected, there is nothing to refund. Waitlist and early access signup do not require payment.
Future paid plans
When real paid plans are available, refund rules will be shown before purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed case by case.
Failed renders
If a paid render credit is introduced and a render fails, credits should not be deducted. If credits are deducted by mistake, contact support for review.
